CrazyCube by Kaxon Games

One of my friend asked me to try this puzzle game, CrazyCube.

Gave a go and it is rather challenging. Take a look at the preview video.

In order to try other modes, you will need to sign in with Facebook. You will need to clear the current mode still stage 26 in order to unlock next mode. For example, clear Normal Mode till stage 26 to unlock Spin Mode, clear Spin Mode till stage 26 to unlock Reverse Mode.

The challenge comes with Spin Mode, adding a bit of difficulty to memorize by glancing the next few cubes. The next mode, Reverse Mode, requires you to think reverse when tapping on the correct next cube. For example, white cube left means blue cube right. That really slows me down a little to think reverse.

Reverse in Tournament Mode

You will be able to access Tournament Mode after your unlock Spin Mode. Tournament Mode is something more challenging. You can activate both Spin Mode and Reverse Mode together in Tournament Mode. I gave a try and try to see how far I could go.

I want to highlight two Power Up that is really useful for Tournament Mode, the AI Help and Shield. That are your savior in the game. AI Help tells you which is the next cube, so you do not need to look out for the connecting next cube via the red line. Shield blocks your incorrect move so you do not need to reset from first cube. What's more, your combo counter is not reset, this will give you more score.

Power Up and Mode Options for Tournament Mode

Oh, the last mode is Random Mode, which I do not really like it. Random Mode reshuffle the input buttons at the bottom. This makes me to check one cube at a time to tap on the correct input. One word, tedious!

In short, CrazyCube is challenging. The Spin Mode and Reverse Mode is rather fun. Not sure how soon the multiplayer is coming out. I would challenge my friends for a game to see who is better.
