Diablo 3 - Development Hell - Smash! Jay, Smash!

Development Hell dungeon is a super rare secret dungeon that appears at the Forsaken Cemetery. You could get there by entering the Cemetery of the Forsaken Waypoint.

I spotted this dungeon during one of my many Inferno elite runs.

If you didn't get the secret dungeon, leave game and resume until you find it. It is rumored that the spawn rate is extremely low. But, I guess it is based on luck too! Happy hunting Jay Wilson!

You will meet up with the dungeon boss, Jay Wilson, during the exploration. It has molten ability.

What's interesting was that the risen undead are all named after the development team members.

Once you defeat the dungeon boss, you will obtain this lovely achievement classified under the Feats of Strength, named 'Smash! Jay, Smash!'. Along with the achievement reward, a banner sigil, named 'Beast Monster'.
